On March 16, the Steering Committee for the Powell-Division Transit and Development Project will make decisions about where a new bus rapid transit line will cross the Willamette River, transition from Powell Boulevard to Division Street in Portland, and connect to Downtown Gresham and Mt. Hood Community College.
